Programs and Groups for Teachers:

Open Teacher's Potluck Meeting to Discuss Mindfulness in the Schools

October 14th Tuesday 7pm-9pm in San Anselmo
(send email on contact page for details)

New 9 Month Teacher's Group Starts in November (therapists and other care providers welcome)
As teachers we spend a great deal of time focused outwardly in the service of others. In this monthly small group we can renew our connection with our own inner experience in the company of other teachers. The quality of presence we can bring to our own experience, feelings, and thoughts profoundly impacts our teaching and facilitating abilities. By practicing together we can support each other to teach and guide others from our deepest intentions and to nourish our own inner development and practice while teaching.
Our small group size will allow for personal sharing as well as guided/silent meditation and group discussion. We will meet the 2nd Saturday of the month from 10am to 1:30pm in San Anselmo.
Lead By Lesley Grant
